Return and replacement policy

1. Customers can return-replace their order within 7 days of the order delivery.

2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. To schedule a return-replace, please drop us a mail to contact @yaali wear with following details:

  • Order ID:
  • Tracking ID:
  • Order Receiving date:
  • Order Address with Pin-code:
  • Replacement Reason:

(The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin-codes)
e receive your request we'll need 4-5 days to time to validate the return and resolve the issue. After validation reverse pickup will be assigned.

5. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

6. Note: We do not have a RETURN policy. You can EXCHANGE/REPLACE the product in case of defect or wrong product received.

7.NOTE: A return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures your package.he returns form is filled out and placed in your parcel.(highlight the note by using colors)
